We want you to love your Cashmerelle purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied:

• 7-Day Return: You may return items within 7 days of receipt for any reason, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• 30-Day Quality Guarantee: If there is a defect in quality or craftsmanship, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days.

• Custom & Embroidered Products: Please note that custom-made or embroidered items are only eligible for return if there is a quality issue.

• To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number at support@cashmerelle.com.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
