    • When placing an order: add your sizing and embroidery notes in the Order Notes field at checkout.

    • After purchase: please email support@cashmerelle.com with your order number and details (measurements, embroidery text/design, placement).

  • Returns & quality issues: Email us with your order number and photos showing the issue; we’ll guide you through the return/exchange process.

What to include (recommended)

When emailing for customization / embroidery, please include:

  • Subject line: Order #12345 — Embroidery/Customization Request

  • Order number (required)

  • Measurements (chest, waist, sleeve length, etc.) or a sizing note referencing our size chart

  • Embroidery text and placement (e.g., “Left chest, 3 cm below collar”)

  • Design file (if any) — see file guidelines below

File guidelines for embroidery artwork

  • Accepted formats: PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF (vector files like SVG/PDF preferred for best result)

  • Max single file size: 5 MB

  • If providing a logo or artwork, send the highest-resolution file available and indicate desired stitch color(s).
